Our company policy, and a general contract requirement, is to provide a one year warranty on products and craftsmanship.
Material management and repair reporting and tracking is usually the accomplished through the use of a project specific, custom designed, Access database. Physical storage of the equipment and materials is managed through onsite storage when possible or locating appropriate facilities in which to receive and ship equipment. As this is a pending bid we have made no effort to negotiate storage conditions or location.
We operate under the need for scalable responses to our customers’ needs and deadlines. As part of our operating philosophy we provide skilled labor and supplement as needed with local personnel who can be trained and supervised by more experienced staff or if requested by either the customer or transit authority we provide experienced oversight staff for a local subcontractor. This methodology allows us to rapidly scale our work force to meet the installation requirements of our customers and keep travel related cost down. Our current staff of core personnel operates at a 1:1 ratio with “temp” staff, allowing for adequate oversight of untrained labor.
