Material management and repair reporting and tracking is usually the accomplished through the use of a project specific, custom designed, Access database. Physical storage of the equipment and materials is managed through onsite storage when possible or locating appropriate facilities in which to receive and ship equipment. As this is a pending bid we have made no effort to negotiate storage conditions or location. Our company policy, and a general contract requirement, is to provide a one year warranty on products and craftsmanship.
